Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 11:59 pm PST on Sundays are delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed after will be scheduled for delivery the week after. We use UPS or Ontrac to deliver within the state of California.
Cooking Instructions
- Thaw the sauce in the microwave or in the fridge prior to reheating.Â
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Add the frozen noodles directly to the boiling water and stir to separate them.
- Boil the noodles for 2 minutes or until they float to the water's surface.
- Drain the noodles in a colander and shake off any excess water.Â
- Reheat the sauce on the stovetop over low heat for 5-10 minutes, occasionally stirring.
- Add the warmed sauce on top of the noodles.
- Stir noodles with sauce, add pepper and salt, if needed, or our signature “Lazza” spicy garlic sauce. Â
- Serve hot and enjoy!
