All of our dumplings are made without any additives or other junk that big brands use to keep the product longer in the freezers.

We include all of the good stuff you want—like protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats—without any of the bad stuff you don’t. Eat right & feed your kids the right food.

Our dumplings leave in the dust any familiar dumplings, it is completely different. In fact, it’s nutritionally equivalent to true homemade dumplings with no additional preservatives, and at $20.00 per 40 pieces package, it can easily feed two adults or three children. It’s far healthier & fresh than any other frozen food options.

Yes. Temujin Dumplings is perfect for anyone on a paleo diet. Each serving has just 3g net carbs and less than 0.5g saturated fats from a blend of high-oleic sunflower oil and avocado oil.
In fact, one of the reasons we created this in the first place is that we couldn’t find healthy dumplings to fit into our low carb lifestyles, and we missed our childhood dumplings more than anything else (yes, even pizza).

Absolutely! And since it tastes just like their favorite “unhealthy” dumplings, they’ll love eating this instead of other “healthy” dumplings.

Of course, if you’re anything like us - you and your kids enjoy dumplings at least twice a week, if we’re being honest, occasionally for dinner, then a one month supply might magically disappear in a couple of weeks!

Is delicious with everything from whole milk to oat milk. Our favorite is almond milk but you should choose your own adventure. If you want to get really creative, try it as a topping for yogurt or even healthy ice cream.

Yes, at Temujin we make a halal version of all types of dumpling that we currently offer.

Our dumplings have 90 days shelf-life.

Right now, our dumplings aren’t vegan and we don't have any plans for vegan dumplings in the immediate future, but we're definitely keeping it in mind as we continue to expand our product line! Our dumplings are Certified Gluten-Free, but it is made in a shared facility. We test the product in and product out and can guarantee that we comply with the Gluten-Free Certification Organization's requirement to contain no more than 10 parts per million gluten.
