    Each week, we prepare a new batch to be delivered to our customers. It means only fresh organic meat, locally sourced vegetables, and premium organic flour to make the most exciting dumplings. All of our dumplings are made without additives or other junk that big brands use to keep longer shelf-life. 

    We include all of the good stuff you want— protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats, sprinkled with a handful of love. Eat right & feed your family the right food. 

    Our dumplings will leave in the dust any familiar dumplings that you have tried before. It's nutritionally equivalent to the authentic home-made dumplings with no additional preservatives. It's far healthier & fresher than any other frozen food options on the market. 

    Yes, you can make a one-time purchase on select products, but it is subject to availability. Our core business model is focused on delivering fresh frozen food of exceptional quality. Each week, we make sure that we get freshest ingredients from the local farms and markets to create a new custom batch for our subscribers. 

    We want you to have a home-made experience, so currently, we strongly focus on the subscription model to guarantee quality. If you're not entirely in love with your dumplings, you can cancel your subscription. 


    Absolutely! And since it tastes just like their favorite "unhealthy" dumplings, they'll love eating this instead of other "healthy" dumplings.

    While you can keep our dumplings in your freezer for an extended time, we suggest consuming our dumplings with 90 days window, our whole purpose is to feed you with fresh & organic food. 

    Currently, our dumplings do contain dairy, and they are not dairy-free.


    Easy, Temujin supports the order of several products under one subscription. Our customers have an option to add several different products to their cart and pick the required frequency, quantities, and type of products they would like to receive. 

    Absolutely yes, you can, but we urge you to notify us as soon as possible. There's a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order before it ships out. Email, and we'll do our best to work some magic for you.

    While it's on our radar, we're not currently able to support customized cases through our online system. This is definitely something we want to bring to life soon, though, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, you can contact us, and our customer relations representative will try to help you.

    Yes, existing subscribers can request a free sample of another flavor or type they would like to try. Samples will be delivered with your next subscription order shipment. So give it a shot, and let us know what you think!

    Shipping & Delivery

    All orders placed before 11:59 pm PST on Sundays are delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed after will be scheduled for delivery the week after. We use UPS or Ontrac to deliver within selected counties in the San Francisco Bay Area and the state of California.

    We don't offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you want more information when your order arrives, email us at

    Once you place your order, it'll be processed within 1 business day. If your order falls into the category of "Local Delivery," expect your package to arrive following Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Our delivery team will contact you to make sure we deliver on the most convenient day for you. 

    Depending on your order size, if we have fresh batch available, we will try to fulfill your order instantly, if not, then we will deliver your order on the next scheduled delivery date.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time, there is no minimum commitment. To cancel the subscription, you can click Cancel Subscription. 

    When you click Subscribe, you'll be taken to Express Checkout, where you can confirm the order and each product in your cart. You will be prompted to log in or create a new Customer Account. After the order processes, you will receive an Order Confirm email with your subscription details and information about how to manage their settings. By default, they'll only receive this email once.

    To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab next to each of the products you subscribe to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

    Once logged in, click on the Delivery Schedule on the left to see all future deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip to the right of each one.

    To update your payment information, click the Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.

    To change the Subscription shipping address, just log in to your account and add a new address. Easy. 

    You can view and manage your subscriptions from their Customer Account. After logging in, you click My Account and then Subscriptions. All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details, including:

    - The next order date

    - Price

    - Subscription frequency

    - Order history 

    - Saved billing and shipping information
