All orders placed before 11:59 pm PST on Sundays are delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed after will be scheduled for delivery the week after. We use UPS or Ontrac to deliver within the state of California.

Cooking Instructions Polo Rice Dish
- Thawing (Optional): We strongly recommend thawing the frozen pilaf in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to save the aromatics.
- Stovetop Method: Heat a pan with 1-2 teaspoons of oil over medium-low heat. Add the frozen pilaf, cover, and cook for 10-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave Method (Alternate Option): Place the frozen pilaf in a microwave-safe container. Microwave in 2-3 minute intervals, stirring in between until heated thoroughly.
 Serve: Once the pilaf is heated through and the rice is tender, it's ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
