Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 11:59 pm PST on Sundays are delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed after will be scheduled for delivery the week after. We use UPS or Ontrac to deliver within the state of California.

Cooking Instructions

Set aside the steamer tiers and fill the steamer pot with water. Lightly grease the tiers with oil.

Remove dumplings out and dip the bottom halves of the dumplings into the cooking oil. Lay them onto the tiers. Let dumplings sit for 1 hour.

Then cover the steamer pot and bring a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water has boiled, set the manti-filled tiers on top of the pot and cover. Steam for 30 minutes.

Then gently remove the manti from the steamer with a spatula and rub with butter to avoid sticking.

Serve immediately with soy sauce or any sauce of your choice.
