All orders placed before 11:59 pm PST on Sundays are delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed after will be scheduled for delivery the week after. We use UPS or Ontrac to deliver within the state of California.

Cooking Instructions
- Remove Khan dumplings from the package. Preheat the pan skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil. Â
- Once the skillet is hot, add Khan dumplings to the pan, flat side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is crispy and brown.
- Add 1/2 cup water and close the lid—Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until water evaporates.
- As an option, remove the cover and increase the heat to medium-high, and let the dumplings crisp up on other sides for another 1-2 minutes.Â
- Serve immediately with soy sauce or other sauce of your choice.
